We deliver across London within the M25 with free delivery. For locations outside the M25, we may be able to arrange delivery for larger orders for an additional fee. Check if we deliver to your area here.
We deliver on scheduled days by area to optimise routes, reduce unnecessary mileage, and lower our environmental impact. Your delivery day is assigned based on your location, but we can tailor a solution to suit your needs.
Deliveries are completed within your scheduled delivery day, based on our route planning. We're unable to guarantee exact delivery times, but we always aim to deliver as efficiently as possible.
Yes - you can add delivery instructions when placing your order. This is especially useful for offices, buildings with reception access, or specific drop-off points.
If you're not available at the time of delivery, we will follow any instructions provided or contact you to arrange an alternative solution where possible.
Yes - the minimum order is 4 water items per delivery, including 13L or 18.9L bottles and water packs. Water coolers can be ordered individually with no minimum requirement.
Yes - we deliver to both residential and business customers, including offices, warehouses, and other workplaces across different sectors. We also support events and temporary setups.
Yes - we offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or custom delivery schedules. Your delivery day will depend on your area.
We offer 500ml & 1.5L plastic bottle packs (still mineral water), 250ml & 750ml glass bottle packs (still or sparkling), and 13L & 18.9L bottles (still spring water).
We offer 500ml & 1.5L plastic bottles, 250ml & 750ml glass bottles (still or sparkling), and 13L & 18.9L bottles for dispensers - giving flexibility for any use.
Our 13L and 18.9L bottles are reusable - collected, cleaned, sanitised, and reused. A refundable deposit applies. Smaller plastic and glass bottles are fully recyclable.
Our water is sourced from a natural spring in the foothills of the Black Mountains on the border with Wales, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Each bottle is filled at source with gentle filtration and strict quality control - no additives.
Store in a cool, clean, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep upright, away from strong odours or chemicals. Always handle with clean hands when opening.
Store in a shaded indoor area. Avoid cars, windowsills, or direct sunlight, as heat may affect taste and quality. See our water care tips for more.
All new bottles we introduce into circulation are BPA-free. As our bottles are designed to be reused many times, some existing bottles currently in circulation may not be BPA-free. Rather than unnecessarily disposing of reusable bottles, we are gradually replacing them as they reach the end of their usable life. Over time, our bottle fleet will therefore transition fully to BPA-free bottles.
Yes - we offer both rental and purchase options. Rental includes servicing and ongoing support, while purchase is ideal for long-term use.
We offer freestanding, countertop, and plumbed-in coolers. Temperature options: hot & cold or ambient & cold. Finish: plastic or stainless steel.
All our water cooler rental options include quarterly sanitisation to help keep your cooler clean and hygienic. For plumbed-in coolers, we also include a filter change every 6 months as part of the rental service.
Keep the unit clean externally with a damp cloth and ensure the surrounding area is hygienic. Use clean, properly stored bottles.
Bottled coolers just need to be plugged in and a bottle placed on top. Plumbed-in coolers can be professionally installed for an additional cost, or self-installed.
Contact our team and we'll diagnose the issue quickly. For rentals, we may repair or replace the unit.
We issue an invoice with every order, payable by bank transfer (BACS), card payment, or Direct Debit.
Free delivery within the M25 on regular routes. Outside the M25 or outside scheduled days may incur additional charges. Central London deliveries may include the Congestion Charge.
Yes - refundable deposits apply. Cooler deposits: long-term rental (12+ months) £75, short-term rental £100, countertop coolers £150. A per-bottle deposit also applies to 13L & 18.9L bottles.
Deposits support our return-and-reuse system, ensuring bottles and coolers are collected, maintained, and reused responsibly.
Yes - deposits are fully refundable once items are returned according to our terms.
Yes - bottled water pricing is reduced from 6 bottles upwards. Long-term cooler rentals offer better value. We're happy to tailor pricing for regular or high-volume customers.
Yes - we issue invoices and accept payment via BACS, card, or direct debit.
13L and 18.9L bottles are collected, cleaned, sanitised, and reused. Smaller plastic and glass bottles are recyclable and should be disposed of responsibly.
Yes - we operate a reusable bottle system, use route-optimised deliveries, apply refundable deposits to encourage returns, and use recyclable packaging.
