Ingredients:
- 230g Plain Four
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 160ml Sparkling Water (chilled)
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
- Toppings of choice!
- (a little bit of butter to oil the pan)
Let’s get started
Step 1: Combine your flour, sugar and salt.



Step 2: Add in your water, egg (and vanilla extract). Stir gently until combined.





Step 3: Keeping your pan on a low to medium heat, add a knob of butter to oil the pan.
Step 4: Cook your pancakes. Once bubbles start to form, flip them over. Use about half a ladle of batter per serving.


Step 5: Add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
